On the 15th Global Accessibility Awareness Day, LibLynx is proud to announce that our COUNTER reporting services are fully compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act. This includes a detailed Accessibility Compliance Report, found in the Publisher Portal section of our accessibility information page.
Accessible analytics services, like those we offer for COUNTER reporting, enable equitable access to the administrative tools that support usage reporting. This means that librarians and publishers can employ keyboard controls, screen readers, and other assistive devices while configuring usage reports, such as date ranges, downloading files, and sharing reports.
COUNTER reporting drives business intelligence and insights for both our publisher clients and their library customers. It is therefore critical to our strategic goals that the reporting tools and the reports themselves are universally accessible.
Despite the 1-year extension to the Americans with Disabilities Act Title II rule , LibLynx is committed to inclusive and delightful information experiences, as well as compliance with information standards writ large.
